UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: The 100-years-old former United States of America President Jimmy Carter, said to have rose from peanut farmer to one-term president and Nobel winner is dead.

As Carter launched his campaign for the presidency in 1974, he toppled the incumbent president Gerald Ford, a Republican.

“I’ve never detected any conflict between God’s will and my political duty. If you violate one, you violate the other.” Carter said.
