Emir of Daura, His Royal Highness Dr. Faruk Umar, who is 91-years-old, has gotten married 22-year-old lady, Aisha Gona Safana in a secret wedding ceremony.
According to credible source, the wedding took place on Saturday behind close door with the aging monarch reportedly to have met Aisha Gona who is a daughter to Fagacin Katsina in an occassion held in Katsina. It was reported that the Emir immediately show interest and pay sum of N1 million naira as bride price.
