Controversial Nollywood Actor, Uche Maduagwu staged a lone protest on behalf of Nigerian students affected by the Academic Staff Union Of Universities strike.
The actor was seen standing alone, holding a placard agitating an end to ASUU strike. His courage and concern towards the strike has sparked some mixed reactions online.
Recall that the academic union of universities embarked on 4 weeks warning strike on the 14th of February 2022. Subsequently the union extended the strike by months and has lasted for more than 7 months.
Nigeria Students affected by the strike have protested lots of times but yield no positive results as the Union and Federal Government are yet to reach a standard agreement.
The industrial action is still ongoing as Federal Government and Academic union are still battling with their case in court.
