A final year student of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Oluomachi Nwoko was on Tuesday delivered of a set of quintuplets at the Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia, the Abia state capital.
The 24 years old lady gave birth to three girls and two boys.
“The female babies came first and she is the first to give birth to quintuplets in the facility in a long time, a nurse on duty during the delivery had told newsmen.
Nwoko and the five children are said to be doing well.
