It seems all is getting better with the “Assurance” duo as Davido shared a video of Chioma hugging controversial UK based pastor, Tobi Adegboyega, when he called her “our wife, our real wife.”
Recall that Chioma Rowland is David Adeleke’s third baby mama and mother of his first son, Ifeanyi. The duo got engaged in 2019, with the wedding event tagged “assurance 2020.”
Eventually, the wedding did not hold because David went on with an America based woman who bore him another son, Lawson. The two speculatively went their separate ways as they both stopped posting each other on social media, people stopped seeing them together.
In a new twist, few months ago, Davido and Chioma started posting pictures, videos of their moments together, on social media. Internet users who support their relationship, fondly called “online inlaws” were elated when news broke that they have settled their differences.
Yesterday, Davido who is currently in the UK with Chioma, visited Pastor Tobi in his house and the later gifted Chioma an original croc bag for visiting his house for the first time.
Chioma went on to hug him for the gift and he affirmed that she is Davido’s real wife. Davido excitedly responded, “100%, going down, 2023.”
He posted the video on his story and reiterated his earlier statement in his caption, “002 2023. That’s my job, good family.” Davido bears the title 001, while Chioma carries 002.
