No fewer than 437 top Nigerian personalities including the Senate president, Ahmed Lawan, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and the Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala were on Tuesday conferred with the national honours award.
The conferment ceremony was held on Tuesday in the federal capital territory (FCT), Abuja.
Also amongst who were conferred with the award by the president Muhammadu Buhari are; the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kayode Ariwoola, Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Ibrahim Muhammed amongst others.
