Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike on Tuesday, October 25, disclosed an evocative and affectionate conversation he recently had with his wife, Eberechi Wike.
Gov. Wike said this while speaking at a dinner/reception organized in his honor to celebrate the ‘Distinguished Award in Infrastructure Delivery’ which was recently presented to him.
The governor spoke that as the elections draw closer and his tenure winds down, he recently told his wife that he no longer has a job as governor and that he has promised her his full attention henceforth.
He said;
“I am going, and I am also happily going. I don’t have any regrets. Infact, I told my wife that now I have no job, you will kiss me till you get tired.”
Governor Wike has served as the governor of Rivers state and he has been described as the best serving governor in the state because of his undefeatable record of infrastructures and development in the state.
