Benfica coach, Roger Schmidt have shown maximum confidence of the Argentine central midfielder, Enzo Fernandez staying at the club amidst links with Chelsea.
Chelsea Football Club in their winter spending spree have been reported to have submitted snd opening bid for the Argentine star for a fee of €100m but Benfica have rejected the bid as they want €120m for the 2022 World Cup winner.
Benfica coach, Roger speaking on Fernandez’s possible move to the Stampford Bridge said, “I’m confident on Enzo staying with us, yes. I see him very happy, in great condition”.
“I don’t expected any player of our starting XI to leave the club now”, he added.
