Chelsea Football Club have agreed to pay a British transfer record fee of £125m to sign Argentina’s Enzo Fernandez on a permanent deal.
According to SkyNews, Chelsea and Benfica have both reached an agreement for the central midfielder after the rejection of an opening bid of €100m from Chelsea.
