The national Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP South-South, Chief Dan Osi Orbih has hailed the governor of rivers state Chief Dr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike as a great achiever whose performance is enough for the party to campaign in the state.
Orbih who was adjudged the best state party chairman in his days as the PDP chairman in Edo state made this declaration in Port Harcourt on Saturday during the PDP mega rally to conclude the campaigns of the party In Rivers State.
Chief Orbih, who was speaking at the rally held at Obia Akpor LGA, said:
“Let me say that I am glad to be part of the grand finale rally for the incoming Governor Simi FUBARA.
“Your Excellency, I want to specially appreciate you for the wonderful job you have done in this state.
“Your work is our weapon to win this election. For me, I want to say that I have lived in Rivers State. The Rivers State when I lived there, is different from what you can see today. My special appeal to this audience is that to whom much is given, much is expected.
“For this election, the best parting gift you can give to the best performing Gov. of Rivers State is to see to the election of FUBARA as Gov. of the state.
“When you do that, you’d ensure continuity. When you vote FUBARA, you’d be voting for youthful representation in this state. So, my special message to this audience is to vote FUBARA for development and continuity.”
