The All Progressive Congress APC, Guber Candidate Sen Prince Edet Bassey Otu has been declared winner of March 18, 2023 Gubernatorial election.
Prince Otu who polled 258619 votes in 15 LGAs out of 18 defeated his closest opponent Sen Sandy Onor of PDP with 179636 votes was declared the winner by the INEC returning officer Prof Teddy Charlse Adias.
Prof, Adias was presidential a election collation officer for Rivers State.
