The Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA) on Tuesday shut down one Chiffy Supermarket located at GRA in Ikeja for selling expired products.
This followed an alarm raised by a Facebook user identified as Mr. Kurtis Adigba to draw the attention of the general public as well as the agency to the criminal act by the supermarket.
In a viral video seen by Truth Live News the General manager of LASCOPA, Mr Afolabi Solebo who responded to the call stormed the supermarket with his team to cease the products.
Someone tagged LASCOPA and Solebo which made him come across the post.
He swiftly responded and visited the supermarket on Sunday afternoon and caught them in the act.
