President Muhammadu Buhari has sought the approval of the Senate to pay judgement debt to the tune of $566,754,584.31, £98,526,012.00 and N226 billion respectively.
Buhari’s request was read during the house plenary session on Wednesday by the Senate president, Ahmad Lawan.
The judgement debt was owed by the Federal Government through the issuance of promissory notes, Buhari said.
