Assets Declaration: Buhari Goes Home With Zero Debt, Decries Lose Of Cows In Eight Years

Muhammadu Buhari, the immediate past president of Nigeria had reportedly submitted his assets declaration forms to the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB)

Garba Shehu, the former presidents spokesman, the Leadership report quoted him to have said that the former president went home with zero debt, one bank account, and reduced farm animals.

He said while this was in line with Chapter six of the constitution, Shehu said “The completed declaration shows that his movable assets did not increase, at home in Nigeria or outside and did not add new bank accounts outside the only one he had in Union Bank, Kaduna.

He continued, that he has taken no loans and has no liability, saying his number of animals in his farm recorded a little decrease due to the number he gave out as gifts in the last four years.”

Truth Live News learned that the CCB had since issued an acknowledgement receipt.
