A gang of teens reportedly assaulted two store employees for refusing to sell cigar to a minor.
The teens who were captured on camera are currently on the run and are being searched for by the Texas police.
According to a report by Fox News on Tuesday, the Mesquite Police Department disclosed that the girl attempted to buy the tobacco product at the 7-Eleven store on Faithon P. Lucas Boulevard on Saturday night but the clerk refused.
The young girl left the store but returned with several other juveniles around 9 p.m. and then assaulted the employees.
In footage of the incident making round on the social media, the minor was seen screaming at the counter clerk while some of her accomplices were seen jumping over the counter and assaulting the clerk.
Also, the video also showed other group members hurling store items at the clerk.
Furthermore, the Police revealed that when a different cashier attempted to step in, they also attacked him. Both employees suffered injuries to their faces during the assault but they denied any medical attention when police arrived at the store.
No arrests have been made, the department said.
