A young woman has used social media to describe how she sold her phone after her spouse refused to help her pay for her mother’s urgent surgery.

The woman disclosed that her husband is wealthy and likes to spend his money on strangers and his side chicks, refusing to give her financial support for her mother’s surgery.

She continued by describing how her husband had refused to give her N350K for her mother’s surgery while lavishly hosting a birthday party for his side chic.

She wrote;

“Nurse chi good afternoon. I’m sad as I’m typing this. My husband is rich but has decided not to help me and my family. He helps outsiders and side chicks. There’s a woman that her husband died. The woman couldn’t do the burial. My husband’s kinsmen called a meeting on how they will bury him. My husband single handedly did the burial and he spent 2.1m on the burial.

He bought me a car and I use the latest phone but he hardly gives me money. He stocks the foodstuff himself and when I need food stuffs, I will pick up from his sisters supermarket and he will pay later. My mum is sick and they need emergency surgery. I reached out to my husband to help my family with 380,000 but my husband refused.

I later found out that after I asked him d money, the next day, he sent his side chick 250,000 to take her friends out for her birthday celebration. I was so frustrated that I sold my phone to raise my mum’s hospital bills.
I lied to him that they stole it. He wanted to use d serial code to destroy the phone and I had to open up. Now he’s threatening to send me back to my fathers house if I don’t bring back the phone. I reported to my pastor and my husband refused to honor his invitation.

Our women leader heard about it in church and dash me the money for operation. She told me for peace to reign, I should listen to my husband and use wisdom to follow him. I’ve gotten d phone back and I’ve handed it back to my husband. I don’t want to use it again. I will buy myself a phone when I can afford it. I think I married my enemy.
Please house, advice me. I want to pack out but I’m feeling my church members will be disappointed in me”
