Hours after being elected president of the 10th Senate, Godswill Akpabio as well as former President Goodluck Jonathan have paid a visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Abuja.
Also in the company of the Senate president are Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Imo state governor, Hope Uzodimma, and former governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje amongst others.
Earlier, Truth Live News had reported that Akpabio was declared the Senate President after clinching 63 votes as against 46 votes garnered by his opponent.
