Thousands of Gabonese took to the street to celebrate military takeover in the country on the early hour of Wednesday.
Recall Truth Live News had earlier reported that Army officers appeared on national television to announce they have taken over power in the West African country, annulling the results of Saturday’s election, in which President Ali Bongo was declared the winner.
In a video seen by Truth Live News, Resident took to the street to express their joy while long convoys of the military were seen in the streets of country trying to ensure law and order and confidence building.
