The National Deputy President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, (PFN) Archbishop JohnPraise Daniel on Thursday, 14th September 2023, led other clergies to dedicate the newly built Defence Headquarters Chapel.
The significant event took place at the Defence Headquarters as the newly appointed Chief of Defence Staff, Gen C.G Musa from Southern Kaduna, oversaw the dedication of a chapel.
Remarkably, this chapel was built and furnished within the first 56 days of Gen Musa’s tenure.
The decision to build this chapel drew praise and admiration from many quarters as it was seen as a symbol of hope and courage for the brave officers who put their lives on the line daily to safeguard Nigeria’s territorial integrity.
Gen C.G Musa’s initiative in establishing this spiritual haven within the Defence Headquarters was particularly lauded.
During the dedication ceremony, Archbishop John Praise Daniel, the Deputy President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeri, represented the CAN president as he led a heartfelt prayer for Gen C.G Musa, his fellow officers, and the chapel itself.
