An Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court has convicted Olufemi Olaleye, managing director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation for defiling his wife’s niece.
Rahman Oshodi, the presiding judge convicted Olaleye on a two-count charge of defilement of a child and sexual assault by penetration.
Recall that Truthlive news earlier reported that Olaleye was apprehended, arraigned by the Lagos state government in November 30, 2022 to face two court charge of defilement of a child and sexual assault by penetration.
Delivering the Judgement on Tuesday, the Judge ruled that the defendant should serve life imprisonment for count one and the same for count two, adding that the sentencing should run concurrently.
