Chairman Transition Committee of Ikot Ekpene LGA, Akwa Ibom State Sir John Etim, has authorized the issuance of entrepreneurial training forms to youths who desire to learn trades.
Hon. Lawrence Inyang, secretary of Raffia City Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme, announced this in a statement made available to newsmen.
Accordingly, collection of forms will begin on Thursday 25th January, 2024 by 10:a.m at Old Ikot Ekpene Council Secretariat, south south Nigeria.
Meanwhile, the submission of completed forms and screening of applicants will be on Monday, 29th January, 2024 by 10:a.m at the Old Secretariat of Ikot Ekpene Local Government Council, Northwest Senatorial District.
Therefore, the statement enjoined “Interested applicants from the 47 villages of Ikot Ekpene to visit Old Ikot Ekpene Local Government Secretariat with a valid means of identification for the collection of the entrepreneurial form.”
Nevertheless , this is in consonance with the Arise Agenda of the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno.
