The Edo State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate, Asue Ighodalo, assured Edo youths and women that they would play crucial roles in his campaign and future administration.
Asue conveyed this message during a private meeting with Edo youths following the ceremony where he received the certificate of return.
Furthermore, he provided them with a financial support of N3 million.
The event occurred at the National Executive Committee Hall of the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday.
The Acting National Chairman of the PDP, Ambassador Umar Damagun, alongside other party officials, presented the certificate to the candidate.
Various dignitaries attended the event, including Honorable Joe Okojie, Honorable Omosede, Honorable Marcus, Senator Yisa Briamah, Senator James Manger (Edo State Returning Officer), Edo State PDP Chairman Dr. Tony, Ose Anenih, Anthony Ehilebo, and many others.
