Karim Benzema has thrown his support behind Real Madrid teammate Vinicius Junior to win the coveted Ballon d’Or award.
Benzema, despite Jude Bellingham’s impressive debut season, believes Vinicius deserves the award.
The French striker took to Instagram to share a photo of Vinicius scoring in the Champions League final, captioning it “Vinicius for Ballon d’Or.”
Vinicius had an impressive season, scoring 24 goals and providing 10 assists in 39 appearances. However, he faces stiff competition from Bellingham for the prestigious award.
