Bashir Ahmed, a former media aide to President Muhammadu Buhari, has condemned Nnamdi Kanu’s behavior in court, describing him as arrogant and disrespectful to his subordinates.

Ahmed, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), made these comments in response to a viral video showing Kanu shouting at his lawyer and telling him to “stop talking while I am talking”.

The incident occurred at the Federal High Court in Abuja, where Kanu was insisting that Justice Binta Nyako recuse herself from his case due to her previous recusal.

Kanu’s outburst caused a commotion in the courtroom, with many criticizing his behavior as unacceptable.

Ahmed stated that Kanu’s actions demonstrate a lack of respect for others, particularly his subordinates.

He emphasized that respect is earned, not forced, and that Kanu’s behavior is unbecoming of a leader.
