Bayern Munich have completed the signing of Juventus’ Matthijs De Ligt for a fee of €80m on a permanent deal.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Matthijs de Ligt has arrived Germany to sign his contract with Bayern as agreement has been reached with Juventus for initial fee of €70m plus €10m add-ons accumulating to €80m.
De Ligt rejected offers from other clubs including Chelsea as he expressed that his top priority was to join Bayern.
The Dutch international has signed a contract until 2027 as medicals have already been booked for the week.
He said, “Matthijs de Ligt, landed in Munich tonight in order to sign the contract until June 2027 as new FC Bayern player. Medical already booked.
Paperworks signed between Juventus and Bayern, €70m plus €10m add ons.”
