Chelsea lost their second pre-season match to U.S. side, Charlotte FC on penalties after leading at the halftime.
In a game which is supposed to be a sweet start for Raheem Sterling on his debut as a Chelsea player, Charlotte FC came from behind in the second half at the 90th minute to equalise Pulisic’s opener to make it a sour experience.
The Blues lost in penalties 5-3 to Charlotte FC after Conor Gallagher’s penalty was saved though Sterling secured his penalty but wasn’t enough to help steal a win for the blues.
