Legendary Nigerian singer, songwriter and music producer Innocent Idibia, professionally known as 2baba, has reacted to the threat by some Senators to impeach President Mohammadu Buhari and also some citizens demanding for his resignation due to the high level of insecurities in the country.
The music star shared a video on his verified Instagram page stating that politicians in position both state and federal level use President Buhari’s name as a convenient excuse for their inactiveness/failures.
He said:
“Nigeria supposed be comedy Central”
“I dey see for news, they say they wan impeach Buhari based on only one reason”
“Everybody just hides behind this very convenient space and that convenient space na say everything na president people dey point”
“Meanwhile, we get governors, we get senators, we get House of Reps, we get IG of police, we get commandants, we get citizens”
“everybody is sharing their responsibilities hiding behind that very convenient space, everything president.”

The legendary singer is saying that everyone should be blamed for the state at which the country is right now.
