Alex Otti, Emetu Take Oath of Office

Dr Alex Otti has taken oath of office along side his deputy, Engr Okechukwu Emetu at Umahi township stadium.

The oath was officiated by the acting Chief Judge of the state, Justice Lilian Agbai.
