The Governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in the September 21 Gubernatorial election, 2024 has vowed to work tirelessly for the good people of Edo state if elected as the governor.
Ighodalo made this vow during his acceptance speech after being declared winner of the primary where he garnered 577 votes to beat his closest challenger, the deputy governor of the state Mr. Philip Shaibu who scored 1 vote.
The newly declared Edo PDP gubernatorial flagbearer noted that he will serve the state with all his might and do all he can to move the state to the next level, an envy of other states in Nigeria.
