Former Nigerian international Celestine Babayaro has urged Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman to join Chelsea, noting their potential to make an immediate impact at the club.
Osimhen, currently on loan at Galatasaray, and Lookman, who has impressed at Atalanta, are expected to change clubs at the end of the season.
Babayaro, however, said the duo would succeed at Chelsea, given the club’s history of success with African players.
“Lookman and Osimhen would fit in perfectly at Chelsea,” Babayaro told AfricaFoot.
He added, “It’s obvious they would have an immediate impact there if signed.”
Osimhen’s parent club, Napoli, is reportedly willing to let him leave for €75m, while Lookman is valued at around €60m.
