Former Arsenal star Julio Baptista has urged manager Mikel Arteta to consider signing Wolves striker Matheus Cunha in the summer transfer window.
Baptista said the 25-year-old Brazilian would score more goals for Arsenal, given the team’s dominance and chances created in most games.
Cunha has been impressive for Wolves this season, scoring 16 goals and registering four assists in 31 appearances across all competitions.
The striker joined Wolves from Atlético Madrid in 2023 for a reported €50 million.
Baptista added that Cunha would thrive playing with better players at Arsenal, making him a potential fit for the Gunners.
