Mecurial music icon, Davido, has urged Governor Gboyega Oyetola of Osun State not be a bad loser by congratulating his uncle, Nurudeen Adeleke, who defeated him in the last Osun State election under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
The Osun State governor was defeated in the last Osun Election and is believed to be putting papers together to challenge Adeleke’s victory at the polls.
But reacting, the musician challenged the governor to rise above petty sentiment and do the needfull like Adeleke did in 2018 when Oyetola won controversially.
“Your excellency sir @GboyegaOyetola when will you congratulate the Incoming governor of your state @AAdeleke_01 … in 2018 my uncle congratulated you even though it was stolen … do the right thing baba .. one love”, Davido said in his verified Twitter handle.️
