Barely 48-hours to the Osun state governorship election, the federal high court in the federal capital territory (FCT) has dismissed a suit seeking to disqualify Gboyega Oyetola, governor of Osun and All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, from participating in the election.
Oyetola, candidate of the APC is seen as a front runner alongside Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP and Yusuf Lasun, former Deputy speaker and flagbearer of the Labour Party.
The election is slated for Saturday, July 16th.
