The Cross River State House of Assembly has sworn in Hon. Elvert Ayambem as Speaker of the 10th Assembly.
Hon. Ayambem is the member representing Ikom 2 state constituency, Cross River Central Senatorial District, South South Nigeria.
He is married with two beautiful daughters.
