In line with the ultimatum issued by a High Court in Abuja, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Monday, has failed to present former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele to court.
This was in defiance to an order by the Federal Capital Territory High Court on Thursday, ordering the commission to either release him or produce him in court for the hearing of a motion on his bail.
