Nnamdi Kanu Releases Handwritten Letter, Declares End To All Sit-At-Home In South-East Over His Detention
The detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has declared an end to all Sit-At-Home exercise, including the Monday’s sit-at-home and any other proposed thereof being aimed to force the government to release him.
His special counsel Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, read out Kanu’s handwritten note to journalists during a world press conference, held in Enugu State on Friday.
The letter which was addressed to Simon Ekpa, a self-acclaimed disciple of the movement based in Finland, requested that he “desist from calling for any Sit-at-Home henceforth” on his behalf, and to stop antagonizing Governors or persons in political positions.
