Premier league side Tottenham Hotspur have announced the signing of Brazillian attacker Richarlison from Everton.

Truthlive.net learned that the deal could be worth an eventual £60 million when performance-related add-ons are taken into consideration.

Richarlison, 25, underwent his medical in Brazil on Thursday and has joined the north London club on a five-year deal.

It is understood Everton rejected a £40 million bid for Richarlison on Wednesday before the offer was raised significantly. Another club showed late interest in him but that was not enough to stop Spurs completing the deal.

The Brazilian had been at Everton since 2018 scoring 53 goals in 152 appearances, but wanted to test himself on the European stage.

Tottenham will give Richarlison the platform to do just that as Conte’s side qualified for the Champions League by finishing in fourth place last season.

Richarlison, who has been capped 36 times by Brazil, joined Everton from Watford in a deal worth £40 million that also included a 10 per cent sell-on clause.

He scored 10 goals in 30 Premier League games last season to help Everton stay in the top flight.

Richarlison becomes Tottenham’s fourth signing of the summer, joining Yves Bissouma, Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic in north London.
