In a recent plea to Nigerians, prominent businessman Arthur Eze has urged support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Eze, a billionaire, commended President Tinubu for running an inclusive government, stating that he does not have boundaries and has appointed individuals from diverse backgrounds into key positions.
Truth Live News gathered that the billionaire highlighted the appointments of Igbos into significant roles, citing former Rivers State governor Nyesom Wike and former Ebonyi State governor Dave Umahi as examples.
According to Arthur Eze, Wike, whom he claims is Igbo, serves as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, while Umahi, also an Igbo man, holds a ministerial position in Tinubu’s government.
He asserted that significant changes have begun under President Tinubu’s leadership, the south East chieftain expressed optimism for further improvements over the next eight years. He urged Nigerians to support the President’s initiatives for the betterment of the country.
He said, “Tinubu has no boundary. If you come to Abuja, you will see Wike, an Igbo man as Minister. Umahi is Igbo man, a Minister.”
Arthur Eze also said that things have started changing since President Tinubu got into power, and expressed optimism that after eight years, the country will be better.
He said, “So, this Nigeria, after eight years, it will change, it has started changing. Now, I beg everyone to support him before we die.”
This is not the first time Eze has lauded President Tinubu’s appointments. Last October, during a Holy Mass event marking the 65th birthday of Rev. Fr. Patrick Alumuku, Eze praised Tinubu’s fairness in appointing cabinet members from various regions. He called on Nigerians to back the President as he pursues his transformational agenda.
He had said, “The President has been fair in his appointments to the three major regions, the East, West, and North. Nigerians should support the President as he continues his transformational agenda.”
