The Governor-elect Sen Bassey Otu of the All Progressive Congress APC, have been presented with certificate of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC in Calabar.
Prince Edet Bassey Otu who has been declared winner of March 18, 2023 Gubernatorial election alongside his deputy Mr Peter Odey today were greeted by crowd of supporters at the INEC headquarters.
Recall that Prince Otu polled 258619 votes in 15 LGAs out of 18 to defeat his closest opponent Sen Sandy Onor of PDP with 179636 votes was declared the winner and return elected.
