Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has explained why Manchester City sold Cole Palmer to Chelsea.
Recall that Palmer joined the Blues in 2023 and has been impressive since.
Maresca, however, explained that Man City’s decision to sell Palmer was due to having too many players, making it difficult to give everyone minutes.
“Everyone at City knew how good Cole is. The only problem is having so many players there. It’s difficult to give all of them minutes, so no one at City thought that Cole was not good enough, no doubt,” Maresca told TNT Sports.
