Dr. Osaigbovo Iyoha Toni, on achieving a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering from the University of Benin.
Dr. Iyoha’s remarkable career includes serving as Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters and as Chief Whip in the Edo State House of Assembly. With 18 years of experience in public and private sectors, Hon. Iyoha is a true asset.
