C’River South Lawmaker To Organize Six-day Free Medical Services For Constituents

In what appears to be the first since assumption of office but well planned program is the Sen. Asuquo Ekpenyong’s upcoming Free Medical Mission.

Sen. Ekpenyong, representing Cross River Southern Senatorial District went into partnership with the Child Survival and Development Organisation of Nigeria (CSDON) and the World Surgical Foundation to carry out the Free Medical Mission.

Mr. Ted Afu Inyang in a statement signed on behalf of the Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong’s Constituency Office and posted on social media said the medical mission is fixed from Monday October 28, 2024 to Saturday November 2, 2024, at the Calabar Women and Children Hospital, located on 164/165 Murtala Muhammed Highway, Calabar.

Their medical services include Fibroid, Goitre, Lipoma, Hernia, Appendix, Lumps and Bump Surgical operations.

Magnanimously, Sen. Ekpenyong has ordered that Free Buses be available to pick up patients from Odukpani Council and Ikang in Bakassi.

According to Mr. Ted Afu Inyang other pick up points include Maternity in Akpabuyo, Akansoko Junction and Iman Junction in Calabar South LGA.

He said patients will be picked up daily at 7AM.
