As at 9 a.m today, electoral officers assigned to some polling units in Calabar municipality LGA are yet to arrive to commence duties.
Truth Live News reports that voters have arrived the PUs and some security officers were seen on ground, waiting for EO and Voters in some other places like Atimbo.
