In a significant political shift in Edo State, Dr. Asue Ighodalo, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the governorship, marked a milestone as he welcomed a hundred defectors from the All Progressives Congress (APC) into the PDP fold.
The event, held in Ubiaja community, Esan Central Edo State, was graced by a vibrant ceremony on Saturday, showcasing the growing momentum behind Ighodalo’s campaign.
Led by the Asue/Ogie Campaign Coordinator, Miss Lucy Iraboh, the defectors were received with open arms, symbolizing a collective commitment to the ideals and vision championed by Dr. Asue Ighodalo.
