The Court of Appeal sitting in Benin City, will this afternoon deliver judgment on the lingering crisis of who are the authentic candidates of the Edo state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2023 general election.
Truth Live News had reported that the Chief Dan Osi Orbih led Legacy PDP approached the appellate court to upturn the decision of a Benin high court which decided that the party`s tickets belong to the faction led by the governor of the state, Mr. Godwin Obaseki.
