The toughest war the almighty American army has fought over the years without end is the war against the Talibans. They grow in numbers as you kill them. Their destructive tendencies have amazed the world. The Talibans are special breeds traceable to the descendants of Pharaoh. They can be described as the children of Pharaoh. It is difficult to defeat them because they never give up no matter how senseless the fight is. They would rather destroy everything including committing suicide.
When you are engaged in a fight with the children of Pharaoh, you must brace up for a long war. The good news is that, biblically and historically, the triumph of good over the evil Tallibans is always sure at the end.
In Edo State PDP, the Legacy group are in a war over their home with the children of Pharaoh whom they accommodated when they were driven out of their holes. In order to claim the home of the Legacy PDP, the children of Pharaoh have deployed every foul means known and unknown, into the battle . They have deployed state resources to induce some members of The PDP NWC, the judiciary and security agencies to trample upon the PDP constitution, The Electoral Act and the Constitution of the FRN.
There are currently, 4 cases in various courts to determine who are the authentic delegates and candidates of the Edo State PDP. The delegates case is already at the Apex court haven been affirmed by The Federal High Court Abuja to be that of the Legacy PDP.
The candidates case has been in the Federal High Court Abuja to be determined within 180 days which is expected to lapse in October this year. The children of Pharaoh, in gross abuse of court processes, instituted the same case in The Federal High Court Benin where they believe that they can influence the judge. The 180 days for the case in Benin was to lapse in November. Apparently in a hurry to deliver judgment before the Federal High Court Abuja and the Supreme Court judgement coming up this month, the children of Pharaoh have influenced the judge in Benin to pass his judgment within next week despite the submission of the Legacy PDP that it is an abuse of court processes.
The Benin Federal High Court judge, like the Benin State High Court during the delegates issues, is determined and desperate to pass judgement next week within 50 days out of the 180 days that he has so that they can compel INEC to use the judgement in their publication of September 20th.
Whichever way the judgement in the Federal High Court Benin goes, the Legacy PDP is not going to rejoice or cry over it because, the apex court will dismiss it as an abuse of Court processes just like it did to the judgement by the Edo State High Court concerning the delegates.
The real judgement we are waiting for is the Supreme Court judgement concerning the delegates. Once the Supreme Court resolves the issue, every other court judgement amounts to no issue and will be equated to the Zimbabwean dollar.
To further prolong the crisis, fearing that they will definitely lose at the end, the children of Pharaoh sponsored some supposed members of the Action Democratic Congress to challenge the candidates of the Legacy PDP in the Federal High Court Benin. They ar ex asking the Court to declare that the PDP has no candidate in Edo State. We are aware that this is the voice of Jacob but the hand of Esau. Again , they will fail. The victory of the Legacy PDP will go through a tough road, but it will surely come. Let us not loose faith.
