As part of instructions to restrict human and vehicular movement during the election, military personnel have kept travelers stranded in Igueben Junction in Igueben Local Government Area of Edo state.
Travellers were seen trying to appeal to the military personnel to allow them embark on their journey but their plea has not yielded any results at press time.
