Chelsea have defeated Leicester City 2—1 at the King Power stadium on return from the international break to take all points home.

The match which began with wide domination by the Blues saw Jackson opening the scoresheet for Chelsea with a beautiful finish after a fantastic pass from Enzo Fernandez in the 15th minute.

Cucurella’s effort to double Chelsea lead before the end of the first half in the 32nd minutes was ruled offside as the Blues kept the possession throughout the first half with an average of 70% against Leicester City’s 30%.

Enzo Fernandez doubled Chelsea’s lead in the 75th minute after a loosed ball from Jackson’s cross.

The Foxes find a dying-minute consolation goal after Romeo Lavia tripped Bobby Reid in the box and Jardin Ayew converted the penalty in the 90+3 minutes.

The match ended 2-1 as Chelsea accumulate 22 points to retain 3rd position in the Premier League table.
