BORNO, MAIDUGURI – The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced its unconditional allocation of N300,000 to outstanding MSMEs participating in the 6th Expanded National MSMEs Clinics programme.
The Vice President of Nigeria, His Excellency Sen. Kashim Shettima, made this known at the launch of Nigeria’s largest ultramodern fashion manufacturing hub in Maiduguri, Borno State.
The Nigeria Minister of State for Industry Sen. John Owan-Enoh, described this initiative as part of the ongoing disbursement of the N75 billion support package aimed at strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Nigeria.
In his post on social media handle, the Minister highlighted the importance of the commissioning of a new 15-megavolt-amperes (MVA) injection substation and empowerment in Maiduguri.

Having attended the event alongside Vice President Sen. Shettima, Sen. Enoh took to Facebook to write:
“Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the launch of Nigeria’s largest ultramodern fashion manufacturing hub in Maiduguri, Borno State, alongside the Vice President of Nigeria, His Excellency Senator Kashim Shettima.
“This landmark facility is poised to generate over 48,000 jobs in the state, driving economic empowerment and industrial growth.
“During the event, the Vice President also announced the Government’s unconditional allocation of N300,000 to outstanding MSMEs participating in the 6th Expanded National MSMEs Clinics programme.
“This initiative is part of the ongoing disbursement of the N75 billion support package aimed at strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Nigeria.
“Additionally, the commissioning of a new 15-megavolt-amperes (MVA) injection substation in Maiduguri took place, marking another critical step toward improving the electricity supply and supporting industrial and economic activities in the region.
