FirstBank To Build Nigeria’s Tallest Skyscraper At Eko Atlantic City

LAGOS, NIGERIA – FirstBank, one of Nigeria’s oldest and most prestigious financial institutions, is set to redefine the country’s skyline with the construction of its Iconic Headquarters building at Eko Atlantic City, Lagos.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the 40-storey edifice, which will become the tallest building in Nigeria and West Africa upon completion, will be held on March 5, 2025.

The event will be chaired by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, who will officially inaugurate the commencement of the landmark project.

The skyscraper is expected to symbolize Nigeria’s growing economic strength and FirstBank’s commitment to innovation and progress in the financial sector.

Set to rise in Eko Atlantic City, a futuristic coastal development in Lagos, the headquarters will serve as a beacon of modern architecture, sustainability, and corporate excellence.
